Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR functions in London. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement talent management strategies for effective workforce planning.
  • Enhance employee motivation through bespoke development plans.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives to support business evolution.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely processing.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify employee development needs.
  • Build relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Implement and monitor HR effectiveness through feedback and surveys.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable
