We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR functions in London. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Design and implement talent management strategies for effective workforce planning.
Enhance employee motivation through bespoke development plans.
Advise management on HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
Lead organisational change initiatives to support business evolution.
Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely processing.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify employee development needs.
Build relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Implement and monitor HR effectiveness through feedback and surveys.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
CIPD qualification is highly desirable

5+ years of experience in HR management roles
