We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Nottingham team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with our company's policies and values. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives and assess candidate suitability.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Support the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and employee relations.
  • Ensure that HR practices comply with legal standards.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in the delivery of staff performance reviews.
  • Promote employee well-being and engagement activities.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with department heads for HR strategy alignment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
