Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll within our organisation. You will ensure compliance with all HR regulations and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient payroll operations.
  • Review and streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
  • Monitor payroll data for discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
  • Work with external bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coach and mentor staff in payroll best practices.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
  • Develop training materials for new payroll systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in HR Management or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in payroll or accounting are preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance roles

  • HR Certification from CIPD
Languages
  • English: Fluent
