We are looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll within our organisation. You will ensure compliance with all HR regulations and manage a small team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient payroll operations.
Review and streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
Monitor payroll data for discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
Work with external bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Coach and mentor staff in payroll best practices.
Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
Develop training materials for new payroll systems.
Requirements
Education
Degree in HR Management or related field
Advanced qualifications in payroll or accounting are preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance roles
