Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to spearhead our training initiatives in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and implementing effective learning programs that cater to our diverse workforce. Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance leadership development programs.
  • Create and distribute training needs assessments.
  • Support employees in personal and professional development.
  • Advise management on training best practices.
  • Develop a budget for training and development activities.
  • Ensure all training materials adhere to company branding.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue and materials.
  • Utilize metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement in training activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team on training progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Relevant certifications in Training or HR are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a training or development role
