Job Description

Join us as a Human Resources Officer, where you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and has a strong background in employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screenings.
  • Assist in the development of training and development programs.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll queries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy.
  • Implement employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
