Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee feedback and survey data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the learning and development team with training needs analysis based on employee data.
  • Create and implement data collection processes to ensure accuracy in HR reporting.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and practices informed by data trends.
  • Provide training sessions for HR staff on using analytics tools effectively.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives through data analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR
