Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving within HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns.
• Contribute to the design of HR workflows and policies.
• Implement staff training and career development programmes.
• Oversee compliance with labour legislation.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate engagement and retention strategies.
• Support the performance review process and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
