Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will oversee all human resources activities, from recruitment to employee development. You will implement HR strategies that align with our organisational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate and improve HR systems and processes.
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Advise management on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and documentation.
  • Coordinate health and safety policies and training.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
