Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in streamlining our HR processes and enhancing employee relations. We seek a proactive individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee the annual performance review process.
  • Monitor compliance with UK labour laws and data protection regulations.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new recruits.
  • Implement employee development and training programs.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and documentation.
  • Compile and analyse HR data for informed decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or related fields
