Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR functions, promoting best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and driving engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair approach.
  • Update and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decision-making.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and provide coaching to managers.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist in the management of health and safety processes.
  • Prepare HR reports for senior management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of diverse HR experience in an HR generalist capacity
