Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Your contributions will significantly impact our organisational culture, ensuring a supportive and productive environment for all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts while actively sourcing candidates for various roles.
  • Implement effective training and development programmes for staff.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide training on performance improvement.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Manage payroll processes and resolve any discrepancies in employee compensation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • CIPD membership is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
