Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Bristol. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be adept at building relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Lead the employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Assess the effectiveness of recruitment channels and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
