We are seeking an experienced Compensation Advisor to join our HR team in York. In this role, you will focus on establishing fair pay structures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert analysis on compensation trends.
Responsibilities
Analyze internal compensation data to identify disparities and recommend adjustments.
Participate in compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.
Provide support in the administration of compensation programs.
Draft and update compensation policies and procedures.
Engage with employees to address compensation-related queries and concerns.
Monitor compensation legislation changes and industry practices.
Assist in the communication of compensation policies to the workforce.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in compensation strategy or HR compliance
