You will play a key role in developing and implementing policies that promote diversity and inclusivity throughout the organisation. Responsibilities

• Implement D&I strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage the development of communication materials related to D&I.
• Facilitate training on unconscious bias and cultural competence.
• Develop partnerships with external organisations to enhance diversity.
• Promote inclusion through various employee engagement activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of D&I initiatives and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles
