Job Description

As an HR Generalist at HR Solutions Ltd, you will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle within a vibrant workplace. Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Track and analyse key HR metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff.
  • Organise team-building and staff welfare events.
  • Keep up-to-date with HR best practices and trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in HR
