Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will spearhead compliance initiatives within HR, ensuring adherence to employment laws and internal regulations. You'll be the go-to expert for compliance matters, helping to create a culture of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance initiatives and activities within HR.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with legislative changes.
  • Implement compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Engage in HR audits to monitor compliance effectiveness.
  • Advocate for best practices in compliance across all departments.
  • Collaborate on employee training regarding compliance matters.
  • Ensure seamless integration of compliance into HR systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within HR
