HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will spearhead compliance initiatives within HR, ensuring adherence to employment laws and internal regulations. You'll be the go-to expert for compliance matters, helping to create a culture of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures comply with current HR legislation.
• Provide guidance and expertise on legal compliance during HR projects.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organisation.
• Investigate compliance-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with external regulators as necessary.
• Develop a reporting system for compliance violations.
• Prepare compliance reports for the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD Level 7 is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within HR

Technical Skills

• Policy development
• Risk assessment

Certifications

• CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR Practice

Languages

• English: Fluent
