Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. Strong communication and networking skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with talent.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure timely feedback on applications.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to promote a seamless transition.
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Evaluate candidate pipelines and recommend improvements to sourcing processes.
  • Leverage ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote job openings through social media campaigns.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior recruitment staff.
  • Analyse data and metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Contribute insights to the broader recruitment team to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field
  • Advanced degree in HR or Business is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
