Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop robust benefits strategies for our clients. You will drive compliance and work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of new employee benefit schemes for clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefit schemes to ensure compliance.
  • Advise clients on the best practices for employee benefits management.
  • Work closely with HR departments to align benefit offerings with company goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients regarding their employee benefit options.
  • Develop marketing materials and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for any regulatory inquiries related to employee benefits.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheme performances.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • CIPD qualifications in Employee Benefits
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
