Job Description

We are looking for a Traffic Control Manager to oversee and coordinate traffic control operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensuring smooth traffic flow and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise traffic control staff to ensure proper adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assess traffic patterns and recommend improvements to enhance flow.
  • Implement systems to monitor and manage traffic disruptions.
  • Implement health and safety measures to protect personnel and the public.
  • Coordinate with other departments for effective transportation logistics.
  • Maintain traffic control equipment and ensure functionality.
  • Develop training programmes to enhance team skills.
  • Prepare and present reports to upper management on traffic control activities.
  • Implement technological advancements to improve traffic management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for traffic-related issues in projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of traffic management experience
