Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to select and manage HR system upgrades.
• Ensure the HR function adheres to company policies and legal requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for queries related to HR systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts through technological enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD qualifications are beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in HR consultancy or systems management
