Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of HR practices and a passion for enhancing workplace culture. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Manage annual employee reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Implement and review employee retention strategies.
  • Provide support in the development of company culture initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
  • Develop training materials for continuous employee development.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CIPD Level 5 is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
