Job Description

We are in search of a passionate Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our employee training initiatives. The ideal candidate will create dynamic programmes that enhance skill development and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training content through consultation with stakeholders.
  • Utilise technology and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics to measure the impact of programmes on employee performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
  • Create and maintain training documentation and resources for reference.
  • Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation.
  • Facilitate succession planning strategies through effective talent management.
  • Promote the value of learning and development to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role within a corporate environment.
