Job Description

We are seeking an HR Specialist in Swansea to join our dedicated team. This role involves managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation to candidate selection.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Enhance communication channels between management and staff.
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assess employee turnover trends.
  • Assist in developing the HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Provide coaching to managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher preferred
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
