Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Leeds team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will work closely with management to develop talent management initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and lead various HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Monitor HR metrics to gauge effectiveness of policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee issues.
  • Organise workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Lead employee satisfaction surveys and action plans based on results.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a managerial position
