We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will implement effective HR strategies and foster a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention programmes.
  • Oversee training and development strategies.
  • Facilitate performance management processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Review and update job descriptions.
  • Ensure adherence to budget for HR activities.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR objectives.
  • Support organisational change initiatives.
  • Manage HR administrative functions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
  • HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Proficient in using HRIS for managing employee data and HR processes.
  • Recruitment and Selection Expert in recruitment strategies and interviewing techniques.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to resolve HR-related issues.
  • Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate HR teams.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in change management: Ability to navigate organizational changes while supporting employees through transitions.
  • Well-versed in employee engagement strategies: Experience implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
