Job Description

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our payroll operations. You’ll work within compliance frameworks to ensure that all payroll processes meet legal standards and company policies. Your expertise will enable our HR team to provide exceptional support to our employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
• Work with HR to ensure employee records are up to date and accurate for payroll purposes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and payroll regulations.
• Prepare payroll summaries and analytics for management review.
• Train and educate staff on payroll policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits related to payroll processes and documentation.
• Implement best practices to enhance payroll function efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a UK-based company

• CIPD Level 7
