Job Description

As a Copy Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our written content. Collaborating closely with writers, editors, and designers, you will be responsible for proofreading and editing materials to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate revisions and feedback effectively to writers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Edit copy to adhere to specified style guidelines and brand standards.
• Assist in the development of training materials for new editorial team members.
• Explore new tools to streamline the editing and proofreading process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in copy editing or related roles

Technical Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Knowledge of SEO principles

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent
