• Assist in the development of network-related policies and procedures.
• Perform regular backups and recovery processes.
• Evaluate and implement new network technologies.
• Assist users with access rights and permissions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or network administration

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
