Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales efforts in Birmingham. This role involves strategising and implementing online marketing initiatives, managing product listings, and enhancing the customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in increasing sales and brand visibility across our e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and lead the e-commerce marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Enhance user experience through continuous testing and optimisation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different marketing approaches.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Lead product launches and promotional events to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • An MBA or relevant qualification is preferred
