Job Description

As an Employee Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our training and development strategies. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Research and introduce best practices in employee development and training.
  • Utilise various learning platforms and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Support succession planning initiatives by identifying future leaders within the organisation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as part of their development journey.
  • Align training strategies with organisational goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in training and development roles.
