• Deliver training through various methods such as online platforms and in-person sessions.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to ensure retention of knowledge post-training.
• Participate in recruitment activities as needed to assess training requirements.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a training role

Certifications

• Certificate in Training Practice (CTP)
