As a Technical Support Engineer in Birmingham, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up workstations and configuring equipment for new employees.
  • Monitor and maintain network security protocols.
  • Review and update help desk documentation for internal processes.

  • Work alongside developers to test new software and provide feedback.
  • Provide on-call support for critical issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and developments to offer proactive support.

Requirements

Education
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.)

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
