Your role will involve assessing patient health, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Review and update treatment protocols.
• Lead patient education sessions.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care plans and adjust accordingly.
• Engage with community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing
• Specialization in Family or Adult Health is preferred

Experience

• Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred

Certifications
