Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will be vital to our production process, managing and maintaining equipment used in the drying and curing of cannabis plants. Your expertise ensures that our products maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and oversee the furnace, kiln, and drier operations.
• Record and report production data to management.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for routine maintenance.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment operation.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in plant cultivation and equipment operation.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of drying and curing processes
• Equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated grow systems: Familiarity with the operation of automated harvesting and drying equipment.
• Supervisory experience: Previous experience managing a small team in a production environment.
