We are seeking an experienced Development Trainer to join our team in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering top-notch training programs that cater to the developmental needs of our workforce. Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new hires through effective training.
• Provide ongoing training and support to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Evaluate the overall training programme and suggest improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals.
• Document training progress and maintain records of attendance and performance evaluations.
• Champion a culture of feedback and development within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• Curriculum Development

Certifications

• Train the Trainer certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience in utilizing LMS for effective training management.
