Education Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Education Officer to oversee the implementation of educational programs across Whitefield. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with schools, teachers, and communities to enhance learning opportunities and ensure best practices in education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of educational projects and campaigns.
• Identify and share best practices in education with school staff.
• Support schools in implementing technology and innovative teaching methods.
• Build relationships with community organisations to enhance educational support.
• Manage budgets and resources related to educational programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on educational initiatives.
• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting education in the UK.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Social Sciences, or Public Policy
• Master's degree in Education or Leadership is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in educational administration or policy

Certifications

• Leadership in Education Certificate
• Advanced Safeguarding Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of mental health issues in education: Knowledge of student welfare and mental health challenges.
