Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Seamless Tube Roller to join our dedicated manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting tube rolling machinery to produce high-quality seamless tubes.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube rolling machines efficiently based on production schedules.
• Set up machinery based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production outputs accurately and maintain quality control standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for regular equipment servicing.
• Provide feedback on material quality and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Train new team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in metalworking or related field is preferable.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience operating tube rolling machines.
