Job Description

We are in search of an IT Support Technician to join our Liverpool team. This role demands expertise in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues related to hardware and software.
  • Provide training to staff on IT systems and software as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of IT strategies and projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support
Technical Skills
  • Mac OS

Languages
  • English: Fluent
