We are currently seeking a skilled Hand Cloth Cutter to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fabric cutting, demonstrating precision and thoroughness in their work, while collaborating closely with our production team.

Responsibilities

• Follow patterns and designs meticulously to cut fabrics.
• Review fabric quality prior to cutting for any defects.
• Ensure precision in measurements during the cutting process.
• Organize fabric inventory for optimal access and productivity.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet production timelines.
• Utilize safe cutting practices and uphold quality standards.
• Support the fabric spreading process when required.
• Engage in discussions regarding fabric choice and cutting styles.
• Perform checks on finished cut pieces to ensure quality.
• Mentor new team members on cutting techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or training in textile cutting or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in hand-cutting fabrics
