As an Air Cargo Agent, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless movement of goods through the air cargo system. Your role will involve coordinating and tracking shipments, managing documentation, and liaising with airlines and ground handling agents to guarantee timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate air cargo shipments to ensure on-time and in-good-condition delivery.
• Liaise with airlines and ground handling agents for logistical efficiency.
• Prepare air waybills and manage customs clearance documentation accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements in air cargo operations.
• Collaborate with various departments for enhanced operational performance.
• Keep detailed records of shipments to ensure traceability.
• Implement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Uphold safety and security protocols throughout the cargo handling process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant higher education in logistics is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in air cargo operations
