Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Salesperson to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive components and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a good understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
  • Assist customers with questions related to parts, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle returns and exchanges of parts in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in parts sales or related field.
