Job Description

As an Auto Refinisher, you will play a critical role in repairing and refinishing vehicle exteriors to meet our high standards. Your expertise in preparing surfaces and applying paint will ensure that every vehicle looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all refinishing processes are carried out to the highest standard.
• Work with advanced refinishing techniques, including waterborne paint systems.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
• Assist in training junior staff in the refinishing process.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of paint and supplies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Auto body repair training or certification highly preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive refinishing or auto body repair

Technical Skills

• Refinishing techniques
• Equipment maintenance

Advantageous
