Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in project management, leading teams toward successful project completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project life cycles, liaising with stakeholders, and driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Address project issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Assess project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned.
  • Support organisational change initiatives through effective project management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Project Management certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a related industry
