Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be at the forefront of our retail business, responsible for leading your team to success while ensuring that customer satisfaction is always the top priority. You will implement promotional strategies and improve overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Create staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive seasonal sales initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the store.
• Lead staff meetings to communicate updates and engage the team.
• Stay informed about latest retail trends to keep the store offerings fresh.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent
• A Master’s degree in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive retail management experience is preferred
