User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our vibrant team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behaviour and translating insights into actionable design strategies. You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing, ensuring that our products not only meet user needs but also provide an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design team.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure user needs are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and report on findings.
• Create and maintain documentation related to user research and design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
