MEP Technician

Job Description

The MEP Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This role requires a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Document all work performed in line with company standards.
• Utilise AutoCAD for design and layout of MEP systems.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Work on-site and evaluate project progress regularly.

Requirements

Education

• City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Engineering
• City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
