Job Description
The MEP Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This role requires a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to complete tasks efficiently.
Document all work performed in line with company standards.
Utilise AutoCAD for design and layout of MEP systems.
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Work on-site and evaluate project progress regularly.
Requirements
Education
City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Engineering
City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
