UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Glasgow. This role involves working closely with our product and development teams to design engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse user feedback to refine design processes.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align branding with UX.
• Develop user interface specifications and style guides.
• Conduct workshops and participatory design sessions with users.
• Utilise design tools such as Figma or Sketch to bring designs to life.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UX design role or similar
