Job Description

As a Clinical Trial Supervisor at Healthcare Innovations Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of trial data. Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical trial operations with a strong focus on quality control and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.
  • Identify potential risks during trial processes and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site staff on trial protocols and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive trial records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical trial supervisory experience
