Job Description

We seek a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Leicester team. This role involves evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal production efficiency while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in industrial engineering principles and proven experience in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing manufacturing processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead project teams focused on process redesign.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality.
• Draft and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze production data to drive improvement initiatives.
• Engage with suppliers to enhance production capabilities.
• Foster a culture of health and safety within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience
