Job Description

We are seeking an Academic Development Coordinator to lead initiatives that support the educational journey of our students. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty to develop curricula, facilitate training, and engage with the community to promote educational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse academic data to inform program development.
  • Design and facilitate professional development workshops for staff.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance educational offerings.
  • Support student engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Document best practices and case studies of successful programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of educational strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for academic inquiries and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education is advantageous

  • 5 years of experience in academic or educational settings
